Accounting and Business Services Timeline

  • 2016 – IRS Enrolled Agent, fully able to help advise & execute both personal and business taxes.
  • 2016 – Real Estate management for multi-million dollar producer at #1 regional company. Providing a combination of office management and creative services to maximize business growth.  Database maintenance, lead generation, photography, web content and graphics, calendars and time management. Setup procedures for most effective and effective client management and sales.
  • 2015 – Gold Star Creative established!
  • 2015 – Enrolled in and completed Jackson Hewitt tax school.
  • 2012-2016 – Developing complex databases and web systems for a variety of companies. Software is complete with online services, invoicing, auto-email functions, and much, much more!
  • 2012-2016 – Opened my first company; An all natural & specialty food business.  Crafted over 40 original recipes and canned over 1,500 non-perishable jams and preserves. Created everything from the logo, to the product, to the website all by hand, from just an idea. Fully licensed and operational from 2013-2016.
  • 2010-2015 – Accountant for multiple live entertainment and production acts in Las Vegas.  Solely handled over 5 million in annual sales, derived from nightly live performances and ticket, food, drink, and merchandise sales.  Developed and enforced accounting, employee, payroll, and daily operations policies. Worked through several audits, lawsuits, and regulatory disputes, all with positive outcomes.
  • 2009-2010 – Regulatory coordinator for a pharmaceutical research agency, that conducted double-blind drug trials on behalf of agencies such as Pfizer and Wyeth. Learned, complied, and enforced FDA, HIPPA, & GCP Regulations.  Maintained confidentiality and ethics procedures to patients, staff, and agencies. Acted as the regulatory agent for 19 clinical trials.  CV available upon request.
  • 2008-2009 – Helped develop new office procedures to streamline accounting processes. Two of my companies received a surprise audit, and my companies books scored 94% and 97% accurate.  Both companies grossed over 2 million in sales and annually.
  • 2006 – Worked as an accountant and in human services for a Non-Profit agency.  Learned about special regulations and accounting procedures.  Setup digital fingerprinting for employees and cash accountability procedures to deter unnecessary losses.
  • 2004 – Built an accounting system and employment processes for a new web marketing company.  Setup a company database and handled all company filings, licenses, invoicing, payroll, and taxes.
  • 2003 – Worked as an office manager to a busy pool and landscaping company. Maintained customer database, route sheets, invoicing, time cards, profit & loss, and contracts.  Helped develop internal software for contractors to easily and create estimates for customers.
  • 2002 – Helped a Realtor reach the next level of success as a personal assistant.  Created graphics, flyers, marketing letters, and photography.  Setup tasks and procedures to maintain client flow.
